Healing of Memories in the Name of Jesus

Two years ago, my granddaughter died unexpectedly and quickly. After her death, I carried emotional trauma that I could not let go of. My friends suggested healing prayer. I didn’t know what it was but I was willing to try. In the appointment, I was asked, “What do you want Jesus to do?” Healing that pain was my first thought. I have been healed of the emotion and trauma of her death and I would never have been able to come to that on my own. I experienced the healing of memories and so much more.

Forgiveness, Deliverance and Liberation from Childhood Sexual Abuse Memories

I had a very difficult thing I wanted to accomplish: to forgive the man who abused me when I was seven years old. Even though I knew what God said to us: in order to be forgiven, we must forgive, I just couldn’t do it by myself. All of the prayer ministers were sensitive and influential in our time of prayer together, which led to forgiveness. I have such joy and peace now. They told me I needed to focus on Jesus, and not the person I needed to forgive and that helped me so much! The prayer leader had me verbally say, “I chose you Jesus.” I was able to say the word and I forgave that man.
Every morning I wake up, focus on Jesus, and I say these words again. And I actually believe what I’m saying. I have been so happy since that day. It was a “rock” I had been carrying around for a very long time.

A Bible Based Approach to Healing

SCHM prayer training was most valuable for me in the continuation of my heart for
healing prayer. We learned the Biblical teaching on healing and most importantly, we learned how to listen to God. The logistics of the prayer ministry gave us time to learn to be comfortable praying for one another and how to move in discernment in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The training gave me time to prayerfully consider the ministry and how to fit into it. The facilitators prepared us to continue in ministry if we desired and brought confidence in ministry. You will not find a more Christ-centered ministry than this one. The class prepares us for this work. There is a sense of cohesion and great love for those who minister and those being prayed for.

Restored Vision

I've used reading glasses for about 20 years but recently my vision quickly deteriorated and I was no longer able to clearly read signs or see faces. At a prayer service, I clearly heard the Holy Spirit say: “He knows the number of hairs on your head (Luke 12:7). Place your hands over your eyes.” I placed my hands over my glasses and felt a sensation in my arms but nothing in my eyes. The Holy Spirit then said: “He knows the number of hairs on your head. He cares about what concerns you. Place your hands ON your eyes.” I whipped off my glasses but did not see much of a difference. I placed my hands ON my eyes and prayed for healing. I spoke from my heart as I wanted to see clearly again. I thought of the blind man Jesus healed with spit and mud. I knew Jesus wanted this for me just as much as I wanted it. I felt a glow over my left eye, and it began to water and drain as if something was beginning to be removed. I ran to the bathroom to see my eyes. I realized I left my glasses on my chair, yet I was seeing my eyes clearly in the reflection. Feeling there needed more "work" in my right eye, I asked Chandra to pray with me. The small "pieces" finally drained out by the end of the night. I am now able read screens, street signs, and clearly see people’s faces.

Healing following Conception to Birth Healing Prayer.

I received healing prayer at Sacramento Christian Healing Ministries, specifically the Conception to Birth healing prayer. Up until this time, I had on some days, noticed that when I took a deep breath first thing in the morning, there was a movement in my left lower lung. Like a rattle, without a sound. Seven or so years ago, I had been diagnosed with a calcified granuloma. Two separate doctors had told me it was nothing to worry about and no treatment was needed. It was in my left lower lung. But I didn’t like feeling this “rattle” in my lung on some mornings, even though it cleared up with four to five deep breaths. The morning after the Conception to Birth Healing Prayer, I noticed the “rattle” was gone. I waited for it to come back the next morning, and the morning after that, and then the next. Since then, that “rattle” in my left lung have never come back! No more need for me to take deep breaths in the morning to clear the rattle, because I don’t feel anything in my left lung anymore! Over 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with an eye condition called Keratoconus which laid dormant until early 2023. In February of 2023, I started having issues with my eyes. I later found out my eye shape was changing and it cracked my cornea which progressively changed my vision permanently.

I had procedures done on both eyes later in the year and was told my vision would not worsen but it did. I lost up to 50% vision in my eyes and told it would never be clear again.

In 2024, I came in for walk-in prayer for healing in my eyes. Not only did I receive my vision back, I got my JOY BACK! Chandra, Shannon, and Tom prayed with me and walked me through prayer, asking Jesus what He wanted to give me and He said “Joy.” He took me back to a memory of my mother and the joy music brought into our lives and my vision became clear. Clearer than before I even went to the eye doctor in the first place.
